INTERVIEW



Once your application has been submitted, you'll receive a call back from our team within 24 hours to confirm your interest and qualifications, as well as answer any questions you have regarding the role(s) and company.

OFFER LETTER



Should there be a good fit based on the interview conversation, and should you pass your background check and insurance requirements, you will receive an offer letter and followup phone call to discuss next steps.



4.



ORIENTATION



Once hired, you will attend a 2 day orientation in Orland Park, IL. It includes-DOT required application, drug test, safety and equipment orientation. We will provide transportation and hotel accommodations.



Documents Needed For Orientation



  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License
  • Second form of identification (Passport or Social Security Card/Birth Certificate)
  • Current DOT medical card registered with your state
  • Voided check/deposit slip for payroll or routing numbers from your account


items To Bring With You



  • Clothing and supplies for approximately 1 week.
  • Bedding for the truck.
  • Most people bring a sleeping bag and pillow
  • Safety footwear may be advised
